How do I register my buyers?
Although we prefer that you accompany your clients to our communities, we do not require first visit registration, unlike other builders. You can call ahead and inform one of our Sales Associates that your clients will be visiting or your clients can also register for you.
Do my clients have to have a construction loan?
Currently, they do not. We are accepting multiple financing options, Conventional, FHA, VA etc. Of course, cash is always welcome.
What is the current availability and pricing at a community?
We encourage you to contact the Sales Associates at a community directly or use the contact link on this site to find out any information.
What MLS forms do you use?
We are using the Arizona Association of Realtors New Home Purchase Contract with Lot and a seller addendum. Our Sales Associates are happy to assist completing these with your clients. For any of our Move-In Ready homes, please use the standard AAR Residential Purchase Contract and all applicable addendums. Our contracts are pre-approved by the ADRE and we are required to use them for new home sales in each of our communities.

In an ongoing effort to be environmentally friendly, we post most of our information on our website or contact a Sales Associate they can email you any or all info about a community.
Where do I find your listings in the MLS?
All of our Move-In Ready homes can be found in the MLS system. We have a few listings with renderings or pictures of homes available on a particular lot to indicate all available floor plans and their base prices. Contacting a Sales Associate directly is the best way to get our current availability.
Is the price of your homes negotiable?
The price of our homes is not negotiable. We consistently provide the best value for your clients which we believe is proven when you run comps with similar quality alternatives. Periodically, the seller may offer special incentives, please check with our Sales Associates for availability.
Do my clients have to use your preferred lender?
Your clients are not required to use our preferred lenders. We respect the relationships that you have with outside lenders. Each community has a preferred lender to assist your buyers. We carefully select this lender to, in most cases, be able to provide the best loan programs available. Because our preferred lenders work side-by-side with the Sales Associates, you can expect a hassle-free process for you and your client as well as an on-time closing.
